Foodies everywhere, make sure you have marked your calendar for the Annual Southport-Oak Island Area Restaurant Week will be held October 14th thru October 20 in 2019.

This week will give diners in our area an extra incentive to go out because participating restaurants will be offering at least ONE of these options that week:

-       Special menu items only offered during Fall Restaurant Week

-       Special price points

-       Pre-fixed dining options including multiple courses – offered at one price point

Restaurant Weeks are extremely successful all over North Carolina.  Chefs tend to enjoy the week because it allows them to be creative and come up with special menus to test.

Please check back in early October for specfic menu options from these participating restaurants and wine shops:

Southport-Oak Island Area Restaurant Week is an event of the Southport-Oak Island Area Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by Southport Magazine, SeaWay Printing, Coastal Cosmetic Family Dentistry and The State Port Pilot. “The Chamber picked this week because it is typically a slower time for most dining establishments, and we hope to increase business through this event” said Karen Sphar, Executive Vice President of the Southport-Oak Island Area Chamber of Commerce.
