Thank you again to the North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport for hosting our Business Networking After Hours last evening. One Stop Shop for Home Interior Design Opens

On Tuesday, November 3rd the new Home Design Center celebrated its Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting with the Southport/Oak Island Chamber of Commerce. The Home Design Center office includes the interior design firm Port City Design Group, Stricklands Window Coverings, Carolina Closet Company and Prestige Kitchen and Bath.
These companies are collaborating to better serve the Southport/Oak Island market and expand upon their Wilmington locations. The services include interior design, window coverings, custom closets/garage systems and cabinetry.

Cox Furniture Hosts October 2015 Business Networking After Hours

Cox Quality Home Furnishings provided a very beautiful and comfortable setting for our October Business Networking After Hours. Cox Quality Home Furnishings is located at 128 Country Club Drive (the first building on the right after your cross onto Oak Island). The members enjoyed the hospitality of owner Jonathan Cox, Manager Staffie Webster and her entire staff.

Attendees at Coffee with the Girls this past week (October 20th) at Port City Java got an extra special treat because speaker Ginny Robertson, Founder, Publisher & Editor of "On Purpose Woman Magazine" joined us for our meeting and shared some practical information on the keys to making a stand out introduction.
Our next Coffee with the Girls will be November 17th at 8am in the meeting room at Port City Java. Karen Anderson will be our presenter. She will discuss social media trends and Periscope.
