Brunswick Civil War Round Table
Tuesday, February 4th: Col. (Ret.) Wade Sokolosky, a 25 year veteran of the U.S. Army is one of North Carolina’s leading experts of the 1865 Carolina Campaign. He lectures throughout the Carolinas speaking to Civil War round tables, societies, organizations and at historical sites. His topic: “Success and Failure in the Saddle: Union and Confederate Cavalry in the 1865 Campaign in North Carolina.” Brunswick Civil War Round Table meetings take place at Hatch Auditorium on Caswell Beach on the first Tuesday of the month. Everyone is welcome. Registration and refreshments usually begin at 6:15PM. Programs start at 7:00PM. The visitor fee is $10, and can be applied toward the $25 annual membership dues.
